Using the pre-engineered steel build ing technology “PEB” as a structural system to solve the issue of the long span of the building width, our design solution successfully reduced the cost of the construction up to 60%, in addition to satisfying a wide range of structural and functional require ments. as well, this structural system solution has assisted to provide more flexibility in the architecture aspect, improve the natural light, and create a healthy environment for the interior spaces.
